The utility company held an informal open house Tuesday and sought input from residents about the proposed path of transmission lines.

The change in council happened during a regular meeting on Wednesday.

Developers of the proposed Wildcat Ridge Data Center campus mailed residents a pamphlet that many called 'propaganda' at Monday's hearing, during which an expert also gave testimony on traffic predictions.
