The National Weather Service says precipitation is expected to taper off between 11 p.m. tonight and 4 a.m. Monday morning, but more snow could fall across Northeast Pa. on Monday.

A separate arrest warrant for Kevin Zelna, the man driving Dykstra around, says the former ballplayer told police Zelna put the drugs in his wallet.

Former New York Mets and Philadelphia Phillies outfielder Lenny Dykstra was a passenger in a car stopped for a motor vehicle violation in Pike County. State police say he was in possession of narcotics, but did not publicly name the narcotic. His lawyer has issued a response to the incident.

In a federal lawsuit, two state troopers say their bosses retaliated against them for turning in corrupt fellow troopers. One of them says it started after he and 30 other troopers posed for a photo with President Donald Trump.

State police say an 18-year-old man and a 15-year-old boy were shot outside a Freeland business earlier Tuesday morning. The 18-year-old later died at a local hospital.
